Consolidate all Branch DATA and report to the H.O
Signing of Polices, Endorsements, C/Noes, Renewal Notices, and all other Documents Claims, Accounts of Multan Division
Provide Technical Support to Development Staff and retaining existing Business.
Provides services to the clients as and when required and in the absence of Divisional Head.
Ensure Branches are working under the guidelines provided by the H.O.
Analysis of MIS Reports i.e., Consolidate T/B of the Division , Basic P&L and all other Premium & Claims and all other related Reports for the submission to the Head Office.
Ad hoc Reporting as and when required by the H.O.
Supervise over all staff of branch as well as other office administrative and matter to the HR and Admin.
Exchange the correspondence with the relative Dept: Head.
Insurance activities that is underwriting, claims, accounting standards.
Coordination with H.O., Agents, Branch People, Clients/Suppliers.
Compile DATA of Division.
Analysis of monthly Business & Sales Review.
Review of Bank Reconciliations of Collection & Imp rest Account.
Checking and signing of PPRs, Vouchers, Polices/Endorsements and other U/W, Claims and Accounts.
Signing Cheques, Vouchers according to the delegated financial Authorities after assuring the Approvals and accuracy of the documents.
Perpetration of Annual Budget, Financial Statement, Business Activity Reports and Financial position of the Division.
Liaising with Internal/External Auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out.
Developing internal control polices, guidelines for SOP’s and other related Business Activities.
Identifying training needs for subordinates and evaluation the outcomes of the training courses.
● Overall Monitoring the U/W, Claims & Finance of the Zonal Office including Branches i.e., Bahawalpur, Hasilpur & R.Y. khan.
● Checking & signing all the documents with accuracy.
● Over All responsibilities related to H.R. & Admin related matters.
● To assist the Zonal Head in day to day related matters.
● Underwriting the Polices/Endorsements of Multan, R.Y.Khan, Sukkur Branch , D.G. Khan and Bahawalpur Branch.(Multan Zone)
● Preparations and Feeding the All type of Payment/Cheque Payment Vouchers in the system.
● Preparations of Bank Recon of Collection & Imprest Account of Multan Zone.
● Preparation of Accounts related statements such as Outstanding Premium (Agent Balance), Co-Insurance Premium R/A, P/A statement and maintaining the record.
Handling Administrative matters of Multan Zone.
